Velvet Brew was born out of a shared love for exceptional coffee and the belief that everyone should have access to high-quality, ethically sourced brews. Our mission is to make third-wave coffee culture accessible by offering premium, hand-selected beans from sustainable farms, while educating and empowering coffee enthusiasts to craft their own perfect cup at home. Founded by Daniel Mercer and Elena Castillo, our journey began with a passion for craftsmanship and community, inspired by the vibrant coffee culture they discovered while traveling through South America. Today, Velvet Brew continues to honor that heritage by offering personalized coffee experiences that deliver not just great flavor, but a sense of connection to the farms, people, and stories behind every cup.
