Noir Film and Velvet Cinema is a boutique arthouse cinema. Our purpose is to spread the art of cinema that combines draftsmanship, storytelling, photography, movement, painting, and other kinds of imagery with words, music, and other sounds in highly-divine experiences and connecting with others who share their passion for cinema and gastronomy.
Is designed to transport its clients back to the golden age of cinema. The classic vintage, velvety-meets-modernism is inspired by the opulent movie palaces of the 1920s & 1950s. It exudes a warm, inviting, and sophisticated atmosphere, creating a sense of luxury while immersing you in a one-of-a-kind cinematic experience.
It has four Dinein rooms with comfortable seating, spacious setting, high-technology projection and sound system, and a curated selection of classic films, independent films, and foreign cinema. It offers a culinary adventure with an upscale dining experience, inviting visitors to exploring the exciting world of fusion cuisine, where chefs blend American flavors with international.
