Located in downtown Oak Harbor, WA on SE Pioneer Way, this festival is dedicated to hosting a world-class, 3-day event that enriches the local community, fosters unity among island neighbors, forges lasting connections with visitors, and nurtures musical expression in local youth. Our goal is to offer an inspiring event that fosters joy, cultivates community spirit, boosts revenue for Whidbey Island businesses, and creates musical opportunities for local students. We achieve this through scholarships and instrument programs, ensuring equal access to music for generations to come. In addition to its cultural impact, the festival also serves as a platform for local artists and businesses to showcase their talents and products. Through partnerships with schools and community organizations, we strive to make music education and appreciation accessible to all.
