Billed Monthly until cancelled Don't have an hour to commit? This class is for you!! A quick, healthy way to spend your lunch break or come get in a quick cardio blasting workout during your free time. 30 minute class includes warm up, workout and cool down!

Unlimited Membership


Billed Monthly until cancelled 7x/week access. Includes CrossFit classes, Burn classes and Open Gym. *Foundations required prior to attending CrossFit classes if you do not have prior experience.

Limited Membership


Billed Monthly until cancelled Access to 3 CFEO classes per week. Includes CrossFit classes, Skill classes, MELT and Open Gym.
